Liam Burke is an attorney with Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP in Stamford, CT.  Attorney Burke has experience in a broad array of practice areas including complex civil and commercial litigation in Connecticut’s state and federal courts including securities litigation, commercial contract litigation, product liability litigation, business disputes, restrictive covenants, unfair competition claims, intellectual property litigation, land use appeals, property tax appeals, foreclosures, class actions and white collar criminal defense.  Attorney Burke also has experience representing lawyers in grievance defense, ethics and professional responsibility matters.  He is a graduate of the University of Montana and Michigan State University College of Law, where he is on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association.  His twin boys, Shepard and Griffin, were born prematurely at 27 weeks and spent nearly 3 months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
