Kiana’s preemie Cooper was born at Greenwich Hospital at 32 weeks exactly.  After going in for an ultrasound, Kiana found out that within a two week period she had lost almost all of her amniotic fluid without any known cause.  She was immediately admitted to the hospital and Cooper was taken via C-section after 48 hours at 32 weeks.  He was small for his gestational age at only 2 lb 13 oz, but was a fighter right from the start.  He spent 6 weeks in the NICU and is now a very talkative 5 year old little boy with a big personality and even bigger imagination who loves animals, policemen and playing with his siblings.  Kiana and her husband live in New Canaan and keep very busy with their five children.
