Erin is dedicated to supporting The Tiny Miracles Foundation families navigating the challenges of a premature birth and NICU journeys. Her connection to the organization is deeply personal. In 2013, Erin’s daughter was born at just 28 weeks and spent eight weeks in the NICU. That experience forever changed her perspective and inspired a passion for ensuring that no family has to face the NICU journey alone.

Before joining Tiny Miracles, Erin spent her career as a professional event and meeting planner in the pharmaceutical industry, where she developed expertise in project management, event strategy, relationship building, and creating meaningful experiences. After relocating to Connecticut, she became involved with Tiny Miracles as a volunteer and later served on the Board of Directors. When the opportunity arose to join the staff, it felt like a natural next step—combining her professional experience with her personal passion for supporting NICU families.
