Her clinical background includes working in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and performing advanced diagnostic procedures. In addition to her hospital work\, Kaitlyn is the founder and owner of McNabb Feeding Therapy LLC\, a private practice offering in-home feeding evaluations and therapy services tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.\n\n\n\n\n\nJessica Giametta is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with nearly 15 years of experience. She holds an advanced certificate in Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing from New York Medical College and specializes in supporting both preterm and term infants on their feeding journeys.  Jessica founded the NICU therapy program at Stamford Hospital\, where she continues to lead and grow services for medically fragile babies. She also runs a private practice\, Feeding Foundations Therapy\, offering individualized feeding support rooted in clinical expertise and compassionate care.\nJessica Dam Andersen is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) with specialization in feeding & swallowing disorders. She is also a  certified lactation counselor (CLC) and neonatal touch and massage therapist (NTMCT). Jessica has over 17 years experience working within the Yale New Haven Health System including the inpatient/outpatient settings\, NICU\, and multidisciplinary feeding clinic. Jessica provides evaluation & treatment to a wide range of patients including those who are premature\, medically fragile\, high risk\, & feeding tube reliant. In addition to her hospital work\, Jessica is the owner of Andersen Pediatric Feeding & Swallowing\, a private practice providing concierge quality care to families in CT and NY.\n

DESCRIPTION:Join our Education Session with 2 local Occupational Therapists from Sasco River Center who will lead a discussion on Sensory Processing Needs and the impact on infants and toddlers.\nLearn about the activities\, skills and areas of development that may be impacted and how they are connected.\nLIVE Q & A to follow presentation.\n\n\n\nOur presenters:\nSuzanne Ford is a pediatric occupational therapist and Co-Director of Occupational Therapy at Sasco River Center\, where she specializes in sensory processing and emotional regulation challenges. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education\, Suzanne previously served as an assistant director and teacher at Shiny Little Stars Preschool\, working primarily with infants and toddlers. A passionate advocate for child development and family support\, Suzanne brings a multilingual and multicultural perspective to her work; she speaks three languages and integrates this versatility into her therapeutic approach. She has designed and led workshops for parents\, educators\, and therapists on topics including childhood transitions\, pediatric home-based therapies\, sensory play\, and stress management.\n \nKelly Orsino is an occupational therapist and Co-Director of Occupational Therapy at Sasco River Center. Here\, she specializes in evaluating and treating children of all abilities and profiles using a sensory-integrative approach. Kelly specializes in feeding therapy and has a special interest in transitioning babies to solids and picky eating in toddlers. Kelly has worked as an OT for over 10 years\, with experience in both public and independent schools\, transition programming for individuals with disabilities aged 18-22 years old\, and outpatient therapies in the insurance and private pay settings. Kelly is a proponent of “regulation before participation”\, and takes this approach with individuals across the lifespan. She is passionate about educating and engaging families in functional and achievable strategies for supporting children through their daily lives.

DESCRIPTION:Navigating Support in the NICU \nApril 29\, 2026 \n6:00 – 8:00 PM \nWestport Woman’s Club \n\nJoin Tiny Miracles and our panel of leading experts for the annual Maternal Mental Health presentation and training.  Navigating support in the NICU can be a challenge for hospital staff\, nurses and social workers\, as well as Tiny Miracles parent mentors.  We invite you to listen and learn about current topics with Culture\, Community and Care as the theme of our event.\nTwo (2) hours of continuing education credits are being offered to nurses and social workers who attend this live event.\nTraining is free\, but registration is required.  See below.\n \n\n– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –\nWe are privileged to have the following speakers and experts in the field of Maternal Mental Health:\nDr. Solimar Santiago-Warner\, DSW\, LCSW\, PMH-C\nDr. Santiago-Warner is a clinician- scholar and perinatal mental health specialist with expertise in birth trauma\, perinatal loss\, and culturally responsive care. She brings an interdisciplinary lens informed by clinical social work\, palliative care\, and trauma-informed practice\, with a focus on how grief and trauma are experienced in the body. Dr. Santiago-Warner regularly provides training and consultation to healthcare professionals and is the founder of Solmaterna Psychotherapy & Consulting.\nAriel Thorne\, LCSW\, PMHC\nAs licensed clinician\, consultant\, and coach with over a decade of experience\, Ari has dedicated her career to supporting our most vulnerable communities. She is a Black mother of a former 23-week preemie and a passionate maternal mental health/ preemie advocate who believes deeply in the transformative power of voice. Ari intentionally weaves storytelling and her lived experience into her work as an adjunct professor\, doctoral student\, compelling speaker\, and interactive workshop facilitator—educating\, equipping\, and empowering others to take meaningful action on issues that specifically impact moms\, babies and communities of color.\nAndrea Payo\, LCSW\nAndrea Payo\, LCSW is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting pregnant individuals\, caregivers\, and families through early childhood and community-based programs. She serves as Program Director of the Parents as Teachers program at Family Centers\, Inc.\, where she provides clinical supervision and leads services that strengthen parent-child relationships\, promote caregiver emotional well-being\, and address the impact of stress and trauma on families. Andrea is passionate about advancing culturally responsive\, community-centered approaches to maternal mental health and improving access to supportive services for diverse families.\nRebekah Rosler\, LCSW\nRebekah Rosler is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in maternal mental health and is a PSI-trained maternal mental health therapist. She is also trained in EMDR\, supporting mothers through pregnancy\, postpartum\, fertility challenges\, and the emotional transitions of motherhood.\nRebekah works with women experiencing anxiety\, mood disorders\, trauma\, and identity shifts related to motherhood. Her approach is compassionate\, evidence-based\, and deeply attuned to the unique needs of mothers\, helping clients process past experiences\, reduce overwhelm\, and feel more grounded and confident in their lives and parenting.
