DESCRIPTION:Navigating Support in the NICU \nApril 29\, 2026 \n6:00 – 8:00 PM \nWestport Woman’s Club \n\nJoin Tiny Miracles and our panel of leading experts for the annual Maternal Mental Health presentation and training.  Navigating support in the NICU can be a challenge for hospital staff\, nurses and social workers\, as well as Tiny Miracles parent mentors.  We invite you to listen and learn about current topics with Culture\, Community and Care as the theme of our event.\nTwo (2) hours of continuing education credits are being offered to nurses and social workers who attend this live event.\nTraining is free\, but registration is required.  See below.\n \n\n– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –\nWe are privileged to have the following speakers and experts in the field of Maternal Mental Health:\nDr. Solimar Santiago-Warner\, DSW\, LCSW\, PMH-C\nDr. Santiago-Warner is a clinician- scholar and perinatal mental health specialist with expertise in birth trauma\, perinatal loss\, and culturally responsive care. She brings an interdisciplinary lens informed by clinical social work\, palliative care\, and trauma-informed practice\, with a focus on how grief and trauma are experienced in the body. Dr. Santiago-Warner regularly provides training and consultation to healthcare professionals and is the founder of Solmaterna Psychotherapy & Consulting.\nAriel Thorne\, LCSW\, PMHC\nAs licensed clinician\, consultant\, and coach with over a decade of experience\, Ari has dedicated her career to supporting our most vulnerable communities. She is a Black mother of a former 23-week preemie and a passionate maternal mental health/ preemie advocate who believes deeply in the transformative power of voice. Ari intentionally weaves storytelling and her lived experience into her work as an adjunct professor\, doctoral student\, compelling speaker\, and interactive workshop facilitator—educating\, equipping\, and empowering others to take meaningful action on issues that specifically impact moms\, babies and communities of color.\nAndrea Payo\, LCSW\nAndrea Payo\, LCSW is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting pregnant individuals\, caregivers\, and families through early childhood and community-based programs. She serves as Program Director of the Parents as Teachers program at Family Centers\, Inc.\, where she provides clinical supervision and leads services that strengthen parent-child relationships\, promote caregiver emotional well-being\, and address the impact of stress and trauma on families. Andrea is passionate about advancing culturally responsive\, community-centered approaches to maternal mental health and improving access to supportive services for diverse families.\nRebekah Rosler\, LCSW\nRebekah Rosler is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in maternal mental health and is a PSI-trained maternal mental health therapist. She is also trained in EMDR\, supporting mothers through pregnancy\, postpartum\, fertility challenges\, and the emotional transitions of motherhood.\nRebekah works with women experiencing anxiety\, mood disorders\, trauma\, and identity shifts related to motherhood. Her approach is compassionate\, evidence-based\, and deeply attuned to the unique needs of mothers\, helping clients process past experiences\, reduce overwhelm\, and feel more grounded and confident in their lives and parenting.
