Playtime with Preemies with Yoga Nidra – Westport

PLAYTIME WITH PREEMIES
“TAKE A BREATH WITH YOGA NIDRA”
Join a parent support mentor and other parents of preemies for a morning of preemie fun and parent socialization. Special guest Lauren Wilson from Yoga Nidra will be teaching us some breathing and relaxation techniques for parents.
Preemie and their Siblings welcome.
Snacks and water will be provided. You are encouraged to bring a blanket and your own toys.
Time: 10:00 to 11:30 am
Place: Christ and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 75 Church Lane, Westport
Parking available in back of church.
