Join this volunteer effort where 500 welcome bags will be packed for the preemies in our partner hospitals located throughout Fairfield County.  These welcome bags not only provide parents with needed supplies, but also act as a reminder to them that The Tiny Miracles Foundation understands their journey and are here for them.
