Our Presenters:
Kaitlyn McNabb is a pediatric speech-language pathologist and certified lactation consultant (CLC) with specialized expertise in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. She has extensive experience working in a children’s hospital setting as a feeding specialist, where she assesses and treats medically complex infants and children. Her clinical background includes working in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and performing advanced diagnostic procedures. In addition to her hospital work, Kaitlyn is the founder and owner of McNabb Feeding Therapy LLC, a private practice offering in-home feeding evaluations and therapy services tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
Jessica Giametta is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with nearly 15 years of experience. She holds an advanced certificate in Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing from New York Medical College and specializes in supporting both preterm and term infants on their feeding journeys.  Jessica founded the NICU therapy program at Stamford Hospital, where she continues to lead and grow services for medically fragile babies. She also runs a private practice, Feeding Foundations Therapy, offering individualized feeding support rooted in clinical expertise and compassionate care.
Jessica Dam Andersen is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) with specialization in feeding & swallowing disorders. She is also a  certified lactation counselor (CLC) and neonatal touch and massage therapist (NTMCT). Jessica has over 17 years experience working within the Yale New Haven Health System including the inpatient/outpatient settings, NICU, and multidisciplinary feeding clinic. Jessica provides evaluation & treatment to a wide range of patients including those who are premature, medically fragile, high risk, & feeding tube reliant. In addition to her hospital work, Jessica is the owner of Andersen Pediatric Feeding & Swallowing, a private practice providing concierge quality care to families in CT and NY.
