Caitlin Kirklin has been a dedicated mentor with The Tiny Miracles Foundation since 2020. Her connection to the organization stems from her own experience in the NICU after giving birth to twins at just 25 weeks.  She now serves as a mentor at Stamford Hospital, finding the experience of supporting other NICU families both deeply meaningful and cathartic. Outside of mentoring, she enjoys traveling to the beach, playing mahjong, and cheering on her children at their various activities. Caitlin lives in Westchester County with her husband, Chris, and their children, Noah and Madison—her surviving micro-preemie.
