Board Member

Laura attended Temple University and Iona College graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  She holds a CPA license and currently practices in CT.  Laura started her career at PwC on their tax team with a focus on private equity real estate funds.  She has been a part of the Starwood Capital Group tax team for the last 11 years overseeing their US tax compliance reporting for their portfolio of global private equity funds.  Laura has had an ongoing relationship with Tiny Miracles as a volunteer for various programs since her son Braden was born.  Braden was born at 25 weeks weighing 1 lb 7 oz and would go on to spend 187 days in the Yale NICU. Currently, Laura resides in Stamford, CT with her husband Blake and son Braden.
