We are pleased to announce that the The Tiny Miracles Foundation’s annual golf and tennis outings, Tee Up FORE Preemies and Grand Slam for Preemies will be held at Aspetuck Valley Country Club in Weston, CT on Monday, June 21, 2021.  Plans are underway, but we need your help.

There are many different opportunities to support The Tiny Miracles Foundation and your consideration of supporting the golf or tennis event is truly appreciated.  Enclosed please find sponsorship forms for each event.  Your sponsorship, participation or gift will directly help maintain, expand and enrich TTMF’s programs and services for premature babies and bring invaluable hope and support to their families during challenging times.  However you elect to participate, please be assured that the direct beneficiaries of your generosity will always be the preemies and families whom we have the privilege to serve.
